Cubicles
Within the IBC Host Broadcaster has established 152 cubicles for TV, Radio and News agencies. The cubicles have been allocated by the UN and were fully booked 1 month prior to the conference start. Cubicles can only be accessed by Broadcasters and News agencies with accreditation.
Each cubicle have the following dimensions:
- 3 x 3 meter, space with lock incl. 2 keys for the door
- 21” flatscreen monitor for CCTV in split screen view ao.
- Internet connectivity: RJ 45 outlet from UTP cabling
- Internet capacity: min 5 Mbps/max. 10 Mbps
- WLAN access: 801.11 AGN, 300 Mbps shared.
- 4 x 230 V, 50 Hz Power supply
- ISDN 2
- Video and Audio cabling from MCR with Plenarie and Pressroom
signals
All cubicles (3 x 3 meters) are furnished according to the following standard:
- 1 table 2,9 x 0,8 meters
- 4 x chairs with grey padding
- 1 x set of selves (90 x 70 x 30 cm)
- 1 x paper waste bin
- 2 x rail with spots in the ceiling (no lamps on the table)
- 1 x 3,6 kW (16 Amp)
- 1 x 1,3 kW (10 Amp) for IT
If you have booked a double cubicle the furnishing and power outlet will also be doubled. Neither the Bella Center nor the Host Broadcaster are able to help with extra furniture.

RADIO CUBICLE

NEWS AGENCY CUBICLE

OVERFLOW CUBICLES
The demand for TV-cubicles within the IBC have by far exeeded the space available in the Bella Center. Therefore the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs have decided to establish an open work area in two mobile offices in the SNG/OB parking compound. There will be 8 workstations with connection to pool signals from the MCR. These 8 workstations can be used on a first-come-first-served basis. They cannot be pre-booked.
