Rental equipment

Host Broadcaster have made arrangements with Best Broadcast Hire (BBH) regarding rental of TV and radio equipment during the COP15. BBH - is a group of companies located mainly in Scandinavia but also with operations in Europe, in The United States and in The Middle East. The main area of business is renting out professional production equipment for television, both as single entities and as full production packages.

In the Rental Catalogue (see download menu on your right) rates and conditions are listed for rental of equipment. Please notice there will be put 4% of the rental price on top in insurance.
Usually the equipment is hired out as "dry hire" which means the customer staffs it themselves. Please let us know if you have enquiries on equipment not listed in the Rental Catalogue, and we will do our best to help you.

Hired equipment must be paid in advance – cash in Euros, via bank-transfer or by international credit card. On collection of the equipment a deposit of 700 € must be paid and identification (passport) showed.
