Dear Friends and Colleagues

In order to help us set up and administrate production facilities in and around the International Broadcast Centre for the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP15) we kindly ask you to fill out and return this questionnaire. To facilitate allocation and ensure that requirements are met, this questionnaire should be returned no later than 1st October.
