Access to OB/SNG Compound
There is an enclosed parking area for OB vans and SNG trucks at the Bella Center. In order to access the parking compound a permit is needed which can be obtained from the Host Broadcaster.
Due to limited space access permit to the parking permit must be requested by contacting HB (mail: booking@cop15hb.dk) with the following information:
- Broadcaster
- Vehicle Type
- Registration number/country
- Length/Width/Height
- Weight
- Power supply needed
- Names/passport no. of driver/operator
- Arrival time/day
- Departure time/day
If permissiom is granted you will receive more detailed practical information, incl. designated parking space from Host Broadcaster.
The parking space is free of charge. There will be power supply and cabling from MCR in a distance of no more than 100 meters from each parking space.
The parking compound is reserved for production trucks - ENG vans and other vehicles must be parked outside the Bella Center perimeter.
TOC requirements
You are required to bring 8 x COAX/BNC cables of 100 meters – of which 7 will be used permanently at TOC on arrival. The 7 signals covers the plenary and press rooms, and provides possible connection from the MCR to standup positions within the IBC.
If you wish to have analogue audio signal you must bring 100 meters of cable for each required soundtrack
The cables must be of a standard able to carry a SDI signal over a 100 meters. All signals apart from the 7 permanent ones are standard SDI with embedded audio only. You need to bring 50 meters power cable. We require information on power supply for your truck – how many amp’s do you need? Power in the compound is standard 400V 3 phase with CEE plugs.
All wireless equipment must be cleared for frequency allowance and coordination with the P&T administration, please see Host Broadcaster website for direct link www.cop15hb.dk. Permission for using SNG uplinks must also be cleared by the Danish P&T administration, same link as above.
In order to enter the TOC you must apply for frequencies with the Danish P&T no later than 26 November 2009.
Please note that if you leave the TOC during the event you must go through the sweeping procedure to re-enter.
